The work, duties and powers of the Chairman shall be as follows:-
(a) To determine the priority of the matters to be discussed at the meeting of the Council,
(b) To monitor and evaluate the plans and programs run by the council, and to give necessary instructions in this regard,
(c) Conducting the work of the Council in an orderly, efficient and smooth manner,
(d) To perform other tasks as directed by the Council.
